Our Head Travel Representative, Alison Bell has been planning customers dream holidays since 1998.
Working in partnership with the Bakewell Travel Network, we have planned 100’s of dream holidays for a variety of different people on varying budgets.
We are part of the Bakewell Travel Network and ABTA Protected. We also have ATOL Membership which entitles us to deal you will not get anywhere else.
About our Head Travel Rep Alison
Alison has over 25 Years experience in the travel industry, starting out as a travel representative in Turkey and deciding that was the career for her. After working as cabin crew for different airlines and working for some of the big names within the Travel Industry she advanced her career up by studying for a degree in Travel and Tourism.
She has since curated a loyal clientele while working with Bakewell Travel for the past 15 years.

We are fully ABTA bonded which gives you peace of mind and financial protection when booking with us. We are also members of AITO (Association of Independent Tour Operators) which gives us access to many Tour Operators that don’t sell through the large multiple travel agencies – allowing us to get you the best deal .

Do you charge a fee?
No – the cost of the holiday is based on what the tour operator, hotel, or airline charges, similar to how traditional travel agencies operate.

My goal is to provide a more personalized and enjoyable service for my clients. Many people seek our help because they find it difficult to plan the type of trip they want on their own, or because they need guidance on where to go and need some inspiration.
After the holiday, I follow up with each client to hear about their experiences and gather feedback. This helps me stay informed about the properties and destinations I offer and understand what my clients may be interested in for future holidays.
